Located in the best gated residential condominium INSIDE Vilas do Atlântico, Horto Villas, located close to the beach, exactly 2 minutes away, has TOTAL SAFETY, independent access for residents and visitors, equipped fitness center, tennis and football court, playground , kiosk with barbecue, sidewalk for walking, green area and lots of privacy.
The house, facing the NASCENTE, is fully furnished, offering: living room, balcony with area for meals and hammocks to relax, dining room, full kitchen with utensils, duplex refrigerator, microwave, stove with 6 burners, service area with Brastemp washing machine and support toilet, 3 suites, one on the ground floor, with AIR CONDITIONING Split, new, 9000 btus, and ceiling fan, and two on the upper floor, both with AIR CONDITIONING new 12000 btus splits and ceiling fans . The two suites have independent balconies overlooking the garden, both with SCREEN PROTECTION for children.
The house also has a mezzanine with TV and sofa bed, grassy and flowery garden, sun deck with shower and wonderful barbecue, marble bench with sink (on the gourmet balcony), backyard with shady trees.
